Users can select which project to fund with their Glo Dollars #397

As a User, I want to be able to select which (charitable) project my Glo Dollars should fund, so that the Glo Dollars I hold impact the world in a way that most aligns with my personal preferences

Notes:

  1. Default is GiveDirectly
  2. Upon choosing a different project, the user needs to sign a transaction (at some point we would like to submit a gasless transaction to back this up too, but not necessary at this point imo)
  3. We want to keep a log of all changes made, not only the current choice
  4. Right now being able to pick just one project to support is fine, but in future me way want to allow a user to split their funding between many projects. I.e. 50% to GiveDirectly, 25% to Gitcoin and 25% to Optimism
