moves start text module functionality to a different system than initPost to solve conflict with PZAI usage of initPost EH
minor script enhancements to start text init function

could potentially have different styles of start text displayed? Just the other BIS functions?

A choice of fonts would be nice. I know eden enhanced allows you to choose the font for it's start text.
