cleanup use of the macros: CRAY, CRAY_SHMEM, _CRAYMPP, CRAY_XT, SPAWN_CRAY_XT, CRAY_XT_NETWORKS
remove DMAPP support

How is 'delete global/src/ga_dgemm.F' related to Cray cleanup?

It was only used for Crays. I am guilty of having written that piece of Fortran garbage when matmul.c was performing very poorly in ORNL jaguar circa 2007
