Layer rivers to improve #21

Rivers are not very well styled. Rhone is represented with dash line whereas the Seine is with solid line !

Could be improved. layer_rivers

Is information coming from Natural Earth shapefiles ? If not should take a source from http://www.naturalearthdata.com/ as http://www.naturalearthdata.com/http//www.naturalearthdata.com/download/10m/physical/ne_10m_rivers_lake_centerlines.zip
