Update Error Message #32

The error message on the previewer mentions a "Repository Administrator." One of our users mentioned that this wording could be better. I'll put up a PR to suggest a change here.

A better fix would probably be to pull the dataverse contact from the installation referenced, but I think that's a little overkill right now.
