issue #38: replace URLs in README.

OK – The previewers should now be restored at their original locations and available at the new one as well. I’ll update the readmes to note the move, hot to do it via API, and will get a db update script in as well.

Thanks again Peter for the rapid feedback and fixes! Apologies to all for the mistake – I’ll be sure to think about the consequences w.r.t. anything tied to a repository in the future.
