GeoJSON Previewer #67

Adds a previewer for the GeoJSON file format, using the Leaflet JavaScript library.

It does require Dataverse version 5.9, which added .geojson format recognition, but I wasn't sure where to reflect that. If there is somewhere it would make sense to note this, please let me know!
