Rewrite GERTe #12

Rewriting GERTe to better suit needs. GEPS was becoming clunky and GENS basically pointless. Combined them into GEDS and drafting.

Running draft needs to be redone to reflect the actual code.

Running draft still out of date. GEDS is suspected to be fully working. Still needs testing and maybe some more log events.

ALMOST FORGOT. Still need to save changes to peer and resolutions. Maybe even some better crashing :smile:

GEDS compiles, executes, and reads, as expected and has been pushed for testing.
