looks like C is part of Columbia Gas Transmission pipeline

I've deleted A and B, agreed they don't seem to be part of the pipeline. I connected D because it looked like there was a small branch that was possible.

I also added a lateral line that connected the compressor stations within E.

To summarize, I've removed the points in A, B, and C; D and E I've connected since the operator's map seemed to have some connectivity in these places.

I'm keeping both blue circles, explained below.

The blue circle at a higher latitude does seem to have some pipeline infrastructure outcropping on the ground, so while it doesn't look like a classic compressor station, I've decided to keep it in.

The blue circle at a lower latitude does seem to have some compressor station infrastructure using the Esri World Imagery (Clarity Beta) remote sensing imagery (the other options in JOSM are potentially too old, and this compressor station was built after they were created).

Actually decided to keep C and connect it to a pipeline to its north. This is now finished, will upload changes and merge
