correct compressor station files with nonstandard crs #71

Some of the compressor station files in the gas pipelines directory have Mercator or other projections, and they should be changed to WGS84 / EPSG 4326.

Hey Charmaine, here's an example of a github "issue", where we can assign it to ourselves, fix things, and make a merge. We can work on it tomorrow but figured it's worth it for you to see how a typical github issue works. This is nice and helps keep track of things. : )
