Address dot clickability #24

Some of the dots are really tiny and hard to click, even for users without mobility impairment. Scaling up the dots would help, but maybe also having the interactive area around dots increased so they're easier to select? If possible, having dots be "magnetic" would be nice, so that hovering near them with the mouse lets you click them without needing to be 100% precise

Updated so being nearby a point is enough, not necessary to actually click a point. Can also increase hit area if still an issue.
