Port events currently use anchorage_table=gfw_raw.anchorage_naming_20171026
Update to current anchorages table gfw_research.anchorage_unnamed_v20180803.
- If anchorages labels are required this table should be joined on the most current s2id -> label mapping table (currently, gfw_research.anchorage_s2id_name_map_20180803
