Added:

• Exposed the region parameter where to run the DF job from Gcloud PipelineOptions.
• Ensures the creation of the raw_port_events, port_state and raw_port_visits tables. Set the new schema configurations.
• Set checker tasks to expose the dependencies to generate the tables.
• Deletes the raw_port_visist before start generating the same table because the size demanding is about 300GB of data.

Also it was added the automate of the compatibility tables to have the prototype tables and the ones that use to be. To have compatiblitiy with the people that use them.
