Add pkgdown website #108

Hi, @tclavelle: rename_paginate and gfwr_pkgdown are mergeable into one another but none is mergeable into develop. Can you merge them into one branch and push? I'll then open a PR and solve any conflicts only once.

If everything related to pkgdown needs more work you can delete that folder and commit, so we create from scratch everything (pkgdown changes so fast!), we can save the maps vignette and work on it later.
