[x] Add examples to test all parameters
[x] Add print_request to print requests
[x] Check geojson handling. Correct format (forcing as.character) + better instructions for importing from shp or geojson.
[x] Add a test shapefile to illustrate the use of sf_to_geojson()
[x] return to start and end dates as pointed out in #18
