Populate clav_matching folder in vessel-lists #6

Two versions of the query have been copied to the folder.

  1. v6 - Written to select high confidence matches. In the last test this had a 0% ship mismatch rate. Matches are also filtered to only include those active for atleast one month in 2015
  2. v4 - Some name and callsign matches are included. We found a 3% ship mismatch rate.
