create model sensitivity notebook #50

@redhog, please take a look. It looks like the models aren't sensitive to variations in the random seed. That may not be the same as not being sensitive to variation in the input MMSI, but I recommend we merge this and close this issue. Possibly with a little clean up if you have suggestions.

I started a new folder called notebooks to dump random notebooks in for documentation purposes. We still have some duplicates we need to get rid of, but even after that there may be more notebooks than we want to keep hanging around at top level. It's possible that we may want to put other stuff besides notebook in there, so I'm open to another name.
