Cleanup Dalhouse Comparison #57

Right now the instructions for creating the Dalhousie comparison don't really work. Clean that up.

  1. Wait till all distshore stuff ripped out of Dalhousie
  2. Need custom inputs that have distshore set to A-BIG-NUMBER. Alternatively, have a way to create these custom input documented in instuctions.
  3. Give instructions on how to run and pointer to custom inputs.
