Progress tracker #5

Since our form is so long, we should have some progress bar so that the user can see where they are and how much more they have left to do.

I made a quick sketch for a linear progress bar. path14164

The idea was to use the nice icons of the goals as the tracker bar and make the done ones in dark grey and small, the one you work one large in white and with boxes for the targets and the one that are left in light grey.

The progress bar on https://www.globalgoals.org/take-action/?id=1 is actually pretty cool, perhaps we can borrow the entire idea.

We should also have some sort of progress indicator withing a goal, since some goals have quite many targets. Event though they are numbered and we display that, the user might not know if a goal has 5 (lowest) or 19 (highest) targets and that could be mentally taxing.
