학습 전 deeplab v3 clone해서 로컬에서 돌려보려고 했으나 윈도우 운영체제에서 어려움이 있음. colab에서도 실행해봤으나 여러가지 에러 발생.. 해결중..

손목 발색 영역 자동 추출을 위해 이 방법 시도 했지만 우선 magic wand 방법 시도 후 다시 고려 예정(잠정적 중단)
