resolver.globalnames.org is causing 503 Service Unavailable #109

As I was looking at some errors in a GloBI taxon linker, I noticed some unexpected 503 service unavailable errors.

On visiting https://resolver.globalnames.org I noticed the same error (see attached screenshot).

Let me know if you need more info to figure out how to resolve this issue. globalnames503

Appears to be fixed now, not sure what happen or whether an underlying issue was resolved.
