Compelling word by word audio

• [x] public key rsa file for the server (please send it in private)
• [x] converting start time and end time for complete ayah as following 0-0024,0-0089 (ayah line by line)
• [x] split 112 surah audio files and remove bismillah from the first ayah,
• [x] change audio file names to existing ayah file names
• [x] upload all the audio files
• [x] audio is 24kbs
• [ ] include audio file inside existing api
• [ ] upload new word by word audio test on api using data github (pls verify with me first)
• [ ] ready to implement on application
