Add Section button not working properly #128

When you hit the add section button the Web Service isn't getting anything back and is rewriting the variable with no data therefore presenting you with a blank form.

This seems to be functioning properly now. I'll assume it was fixed in the Logic Model development so feel free to assign yourself to it for credit if it was you who knowingly fixed it
