Form Viewer Preview: Required phone number field filled in but won't let me go to next page

I've selected a date but can't navigate beyond the date/time question. This is the last question on the form, but there's no way to know that right now. This is just the preview but we use this for reporting too, I think, so it's more confusing than anything.

This was addressed with a couple of other navigation tweaks (hiding back button on first question, etc.).
