I created a monthly report form in form builder, attached it to my template in template builder, and created a model with that template. But after i enter that model and go to the reports tab, it shows no forms. It does generate a "Create Report" button under annual, but it doesnt work and i never connected this

The annual reports are not done yet, there are several months before they need this function as their fiscal year just started so annual reports are still in development. The client is aware of this. Monthly reports should be functioning.
