AP Missions branch store permissions missing #243

AP Missions doesn't have all of the store permissions so cannot create a marketplace on the site/url/pages location. Marilyn 8/10 3:24

Seems to be an issue for all branches. There's some kind of issue getting the menu items to return on this API call.
