New Accounts not transferring last name #248

Hi! I have all my PRCs using the Account Creation form that I developed for them to be able to get in the system. I've noticed that while my form requires First and Last Name, the system is only transferring the first name when I see it under Pending Approvals. You can imagine this will get daunting as more users come on with the same name. I've been manually editing their profile, but for some of the users, I cannot edit anymore.

  1. Can you help me edit the profiles that are "locked" and I can't edit so the last name can be added?
  2. Can you fix the system to include the last name in the account when it is created so I don't have to edit their profiles every time? I know these last names for now, but as this goes national, I won't always know that and it will get difficult to navigate the users in my branch.

Hello! When creating the question for first and last name was the toggle for Sync to Profile selected?

I just duplicated the form to be sure, and yes "Sync to Profile" is marked for both First and Last Names.

Ok perfect. After hitting Sync to Profile, Last Name will need to be selected in the dropdown to connect it on their profile. Does this help?

It's always something simple that I miss. :) I edited that and re-attached the form to the login URLs. Thank you for your help!!
