I'll copy the PRC's emails to me below. Kristen Bengston is with PreventEd and she is the Director and has the PRC Directors preset role. I logged in and looked at her logic model and wasn't able to download the report either.
Email #15 I haven’t been able to download my report I’ve been practicing in on the logic model builder. (I turned in my July report to my finance department Monday in the old style so I wouldn’t mess up their billing system-I already told Amanda this and told her I’d port it to the new system if needed once we have it figured out). So I’ve been working to understand the system by starting my August report. I tried a few days ago to download the PDF, and I tried again today, and it just won’t work for me. It freezes and the page becomes unresponsive, and when I choose to wait, it eventually pops up the attached error box.
I asked her to try deleting that report and opening another one.
Email#2: So I logged in and tried to just create and download a July report-same problem.
Deleted the August report (I only had a few entries in it to get the feel of the system before sending your instructions to my staff on how to do the reports for August). Tried downloading the July report after deleting August and still no luck.
Deleted July and started fresh. (Logged out, logged back in.) Created a new July report, put one entry in it, saved and exited, and it won’t let me download. After about 30 seconds -1 minute of being frozen I do get the attached error message pop up.
