Add Module not working #258

This is very similar to closed issue #256.

Close (X) out of the Course Builder.

Edit Course. Module just added (Before Screenshot) is now missing. See After Screenshot below.

A module can be "added" and it will stay present, but if the contents of the module weren't saved by hitting the save button in the top right corner this would be the result. Has this problem been a repeat one since Sep 19th?
