If we can squeeze in a two-three line preview here with "white-space:normal", I think we can make this a little better. There's a lot of whitespace to work with in this CC.

Having a hard time getting notifications as an instructor when a student user completes an assignment so I haven't been able to test the white-space:normal & see what that actually looks like with the other UI updates I made to this cc.
