Main logo and home page photo not loading always

I've noticed that the first time I login each day the photos for the home button up top and the background photo do not show up. The logo will also be missing when I put in my login info when this happens. If I logout and then back in, all photos are there.

There's a timeout on web assets causing the images not to be displayed. Need to check where that's getting set and change the timeout.
