Test VentMon valves when they arrive #179

This is actually about the VentMon instrument with calibrated-ish pressure, flow, and O2. Tested, seems to be nice. One annoyance is that it needs Internet access to start up, then it dumps data to the cloud. Firmware is open source, so we can change that.
