Pres doesn't seem to care about absolute value - just adjusted within loop to obtain desired tidal volume.
For Psys though how much error in important settings does a changing atmospheric pressure create, for a reasonable change? (including situations where transported on battery power between different altitudes without shutting down and re-calibrating)
Feel free to re-assign to someone who would have a better shot at doing the calculations for effect of ambient pressure change
