Describe the bug Column range text field should be greyed out which is enabled to edit

Scope of the bug Grade scales> Edit option from action >Column Range Textfield

To Reproduce 1.Click on Grades cales 2.select edit option for any data

Expected behavior The Column Range text field should be greyed out and disabled in the form.

Actual Behavior The Column Range text field in the form is enabled for editing
