Open Adnan-shariff opened 1 month ago

Adnan-shariff commented 1 month ago

Describe the bug: When attempting to upload high-priority applications via a CSV file, an error occurs stating "No user has the capacity to assign this application," even when there is capacity available for the account user or other users.

Scope of the bug: This bug affects the functionality of uploading high-priority applications via CSV file for assignment, specifically when applications are present in the database but not assigned to any user.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the application list.
  2. Select the option to "Upload High Prio Applications."
  3. Choose to upload a new CSV file containing applications that are present in the database but not assigned to any user.
  4. Proceed with the upload process. 5.Update capacity in the users for instance: Appid: App#slu21212667

Expected Behavior: The system should allow the upload of the CSV file and assign the high-priority applications to users based on available capacity, either for the account user or other designated users.

Actual Behavior: An error message is displayed stating "No user has the capacity to assign this application," indicating that the upload process cannot be completed even though there is available capacity for assignment.

Screenshots: please check the screenshots attached also the csv file tried to upload.
