Apply for leave: Calendar: Past Dates should not be selectable in calendar

Description: Users can select past dates in the leave application calendar, which should not be allowed. This can lead to incorrect leave requests.

Steps to Reproduce: Log in to the application. Click on My profile icon Go to the 'Apply for Leave' section. Open the calendar to select a leave start date. Notice that past dates are selectable. and leave request can be raised and accepted successfully by logging into team lead account for past dates.

Expected Behavior: Past dates should be disabled and not selectable. Only current and future dates should be selectable.

Actual Behavior: Past dates are selectable, allowing users to apply for leave on past dates.
