Team Lead Account: Multiple issues

Description: Several problems occur in the Team Lead account:

1. Error message appears in My Profile: "Provided list of item keys contains duplicates."
2. Leave request data is not visible.
3. Essential tabs are missing from the landing page.

Scope of the bug Team lead account > My profile > leave Request >

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Team Lead account.
2. Go to My Profile and see the error message.
3. Click on Leave Requests and click on pending/accepted and notice missing data.
4. Visit the landing page and observe missing tabs,applications lists, grade scales , etc

Expected Behavior:

1. No error message should be shown in My Profile.
2. Leave request data should be visible.
3. Tabs should be present on the landing page.

Actual Behavior:

1. Error message appears in My Profile.
2. Leave request data is not visible.
3. Tabs are missing from the landing page.
