Describe the bug:
Filter and search function in Reassign Appids to user aren't working.

Scope of the bug:
Filter button

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Reassign Appids to user
  2. Try using filter or search.

Expected Behavior:
Filter search should displays relevant results.

Actual Behavior:
Neither filter nor search function.
