send back to evaluator - shows error "cannot read undefined properties of user body"

Describe the bug issue 1: when we click on send back to evaluator it shows error message "cannot read undefined properties of user body"

issue 2: 1.take fresh appid evaluate from same user A assign for same user A when i send back to evaluator it should send back to evaluator to the original evaluator user A. 2.in db there are two more users linked to the appid which is unexpected. 3.the app id should had been present in Ui of user A or evaluation of User A which is not present.

Evaluation Level - Global Graduate Courses

Degree of Evaluation - Undergraduate

Type of Evaluation - General Evaluation

Ug country - Cosat Rica   Ug Scale - Letter Grade (A+,A,A-,,)   please connect with me to reproduce the issue if you have any doubts.

Expected Behavior The functionality to return the evaluation to the same User A is not working.
