Grade scale filter: when we try to filter by country we are not fetching any results an error message is shown "Invalid search values passed"

Describe the bug when we search in filter by entering country name India or Jordan or any country filter doesnt function it shows error message "Invalid search values passed"

Scope of the bug Grade scales> Search Grade scales filter

Expected behavior Results should be displayed when filtering is applied

Actual Behavior Filter is not functioning and shows error message "Invalid search values passed"
