Master Upload report : Shows Pg Data when we have removed it from Review stage

Describe the bug when we add two degress remove the one degree data in review stage , details are present in Master Upload report of removed degree data /

when we add two degrees both UG and PG in evaluation and remove PG in review stage,Both UG and PG degree data is present in Master Upload report .

Scope of the bug

Add dual degree >send to next level> Remove one degree in review stage of application> send to next level > master upload

Steps to reproduce

1.Evaluation: Add two degrees both UG and PG fill all details 2.Send to Next Level

3. Review Remove one Degree i have tested by removing pg degree details
4. Send to Next level
5. Click on Master upload from profile section
6. Check the email
7. report is generated download and observe coloumns with pg data present in report
8. pggpaLetter grade
9. pg comments
10. pg gpa
11. pg_total_cgpa
12. pg_program_duration
13. pg_no_of_repeats

Expected Behavior The Generated Csv file should not contain pg details as it is removed in review stage the pg coulmns should be blank

Actual Behavior The generated CSV file contains pg details
