Describe the bug When applying priority via CSV, both success and error notifications are displayed

Scope of the bug Application lists : Upload high priority by CSv

Steps to reproduce

  1. Apply priority via CSV.
  2. Observe notifications.
  3. Use appid that is already assigned to user and does not have any priority assigned and status should be eval new

Expected Behavior Only success notification.

Actual Behavior Both success and error notifications.
