Describe the bug After filling all the required data in the "Create User" form, the system is displaying an internal error.

Scope of the bug Create User

Expected Behavior After filling in all the required data and clicking the "Create" button, the system should successfully create a new user and display a success message.

Actual Behavior After filling in all the required data and clicking the "Create" button, the system displays an internal error message.
