All application are not displayed in UI in application list when uploaded csv file to assign priority #253

When uploaded csv file to assign priority to appIds in application list, there were 5 application in the csv file and only 4 application are displayed in the UI. Steps -

Import application in system
Upload a CSV file with same ids in application list
check no of appIds in that list
Error

Imported 6 applications in the system, created a csv with same application for assigning priority in application list. When uploaded csv in the application only 5 application are displayed and similar showed in payload
