Grade Scale Edit: Low Range Can be Edited and updated greater than High Range and accepted from My task approver

Describe the bug From the grade scale edit option, the system allows setting a low_range greater than the high_range.

Scope of the bug Grade Scale Edit > My task Approver

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the grade scale edit option.
2. Set low_range to a value higher than high_range.
3. For instance:
   • Existing values: high_range: 6, low_range: 2
   • Edit low_range to 10
4. Submit the change request and approve from My task approver.
5. Request is accepted

Expected Behavior System should not accept this request

Actual Behavior This request is accepted without any error message

Issue 2: Grade Scale type is 9 CGPA Scale and low range and high range can be edited and updated greater than the defined scale limit 9 . For instance: can be edited and updated >9 High range 12 low range 12 high range and low range can be updated same

Issue 3: we can edit both high range and low range for existing scale values and make duplicate high range and low range

Issue 4:

1. Raise an edit request for any scale, for example, Greece 9 CGPA Scale 1, and do not accept the request from the task approver.
2. Go to the archive grade scale section and archive the same Scale 1 that was previously edited and raised request for
3. Even though the scale has been archived, go to the My task approver's grade scale edit section, and you will still see the pending request, which can still be accepted.
