Describe the bug

1. if appids are not w.r.t review or eval then we are showing Data not found it should be hyphen only (-)
2. change label to application reviewed and application evaluated refer second screenshot
3. in report USER code is not aligned properly refer ss 3
4. if we add 00 in date then getting console error refer ss number 4
5. if start date is greater than end date then its not showing correct message.(modify that failed as failed currently its showing success)

6. start date for same day start from 12-AM and end date ends for same day at 12-PM which is only 12 hour time frame. We need to change end date with 11:59 PM for the same day

   Steps - select same day for start date and end date open network tab and click on get details button check start and end date
