Feature restriction based on Role #332

Describe the bug

  1. Enable Assign appid to specific user feature to Team leader role
  2. Disable report section from Team leader account
  3. Disable my task approver from Team leader account.
  4. API calls are accessible to users on POSTMAN with help of access token. we have to restrict the API calls also.
  5. All URL's should be restrict with roles(should be accessible for the authorized user)
