[Suggestion] IE Alternatives for Power Station Block #168

Immersive Engineering is one of my absolute favorite tech mods and I consider both it, and rockhounding as auto-includes for every modpack that I work on or play. I would like to suggest allowing IE capacitors to power machines that use RF and IE external heaters to power machines that use heat to function. I believe this would greatly minimize the tediousness of producing dozens of power stations to power a large factory. It would also allow players the option to produce heat without consuming coal, which I believe would add a unique element to the gameplay. Especially if I can convince the pollution of the realms mod team to add support to rockhounding machines (Technically just the air compressor and power station). Whether you decide to follow this suggestion or not, I absolutely love your mod! I am currently a college chemistry student and it is incredibly satisfying to finally have the opportunity to use chemistry in a videogame!

Well, as GlobbyPotaty said, he can't maintain the mod right now due to real life issues

Regarding to your idea, i can't deny that it sounds good, but it would be practically the same as putting a Power Station connected to any kind of Modded Battery with the Electric Heater upgrade (you get both Electrical and Thermic Energy),

But that's just my opinion, i really like that kind of gameplay-wise implementations, but i don't think Globby would have the time to do it,

Hi, the problem is that the power station is actually functional to the structures because it applies modifiers and an all-in-one power supply (burnables-Redstone-RF/FE-Lava-Syngas). The Syngas chain expecially makes a unique feature for the mod and uses a rotten flesh or compost farm. Coal is really minimal or null if you have a small tank of lava to get it started. Power station already should be able to receive RF from IE coils by placing a connector on any free side of the power station except the syngas plug at the back. Also the upgrades allow to exchange fuel and RF between the two channels, just need to make the recipe simpler.
