reformation controller wont output ammonia #52

I have set up the reformation controller as described by the guide (it should be noted the picture for the guide book does "not" match the description) with nitrogen going into a tank on the left and syngas on the right, ammonia is selected machine is on and powered but it does not output ammonia to the tank in back, i have tried with both gas holders and pressure vessels, i even created a server recipe and it doesnt process, i also tried building it as the picture suggested and still no result, the power station is on and powered. i am using forge version 1.12.2 14.23.4.270 rockhounding chemistry 1.12.2 3.20 rockhounding core 1.12.2 3.13

i am sorry, once again i figured it out, the problem was the guide listed 2 layers of tower blocks but only used 1 section to do so so i assumed it was 1 block shorter, sorry.
