1.18.2 Only half a heart on new world - Settings say it should be three hearts #119

I created a modpack and noticed that whenever I loaded a new world, my HP started with only half a heart. My settings show that it should be 6 HP, or three hearts. As it is not a crash, I am unsure where the issue might be in the log file.

This happens probably due to a mod incompatibility but I have no idea which mod does this
